Duties

• Negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes.
• Handle prime brokerage, repurchase, and securities lending arrangements.
• Structure and document various derivatives transactions.
• Advise on derivatives regulatory matters, including Dodd-Frank and CFTC requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or financial institution.
• Experience with investment managers or buy-side market participants preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills.
• New York Bar admission or eligibility preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar preferred.
