• Minimum of four years of experience as a practicing attorney in finance, securities, or capital markets.
• Active bar admission in the state of office location or ability to gain admission within one year.
• Travel to Hartford, CT for orientation and occasional meetings or events.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission or eligibility for admission within one year.

• Strong understanding of corporate trust matters and capital markets.
