• Duties
• Manage and close real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lending matters.
• Advise clients on joint ventures, leasing agreements, construction, and development projects.
• Navigate land use, entitlements, and low-income housing tax credit transactions.

• Requirements
• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for prompt admission.
• Strong ability to handle diverse deal types from closing to execution.

• Education
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active North Carolina bar membership or eligibility for immediate admission.

• Skills
• Proficiency in acquisitions, dispositions, and lending structures.
