Duties

• Handle will contests and probate disputes.
• Manage trust and estate litigation.
• Address fiduciary-duty and beneficiary disputes.
• Conduct contested accountings and fiduciary proceedings.
• Participate in guardianship proceedings.
• Engage in general equity and Chancery matters.
• Oversee estate and trust administration.
• Provide estate planning and client counseling.
• Potentially handle business, commercial, and civil litigation.

Requirements

• Approximately five or more years of legal experience preferred.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• License to practice law in New Jersey.
