A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Complex Commercial Litigation practice in Madison, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sophisticated commercial and financial services litigation, including class action and real estate matters.

Duties

• Handle complex commercial and financial services litigation cases.
• Manage class action lawsuits and real estate litigation.
• Collaborate with team members while managing cases independently.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in complex commercial and financial services litigation.
• Experience with class action lawsuits and real estate litigation.
• Experience with title insurance matters is a plus.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
