Temporary Marketing Coordinator
The candidate will be responsible for: Use Adobe Creative Suite or web based graphics solutions to create graphic design layouts, edit photos, or update existing templates. Review and update communications and presentations to ensure brand guidelines are met. Assist with the creation of social media posts and scheduling on all major platforms. Create and edit content on company website to include event details, attorney profiles, and more. Assist with project coordination of event details, working with speakers, and communications with external associations. Create event related communications, manage lists, and monitor campaigns within Pardot. Manage multiple trackers for the department including events calendar, presentation submissions, and publication schedule. Monitor, track, and prepare event registration reports for internal tracking. Coordinate digital and print marketing collateral for internal and external use. Must have proficiency in graphics design preferably with Adobe Creative Suite. Should have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot or other CRM and email marketing system. Should have 1-3 years of Marketing or equivalent experience. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
