Duties

• Lead contested and non-contested divorces, child custody, adoptions, and other family law matters.
• Represent clients confidently in surrounding counties and courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and first-chair trials.
• Provide compassionate, results-driven representation.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Highly organized with experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.
• Skilled in drafting pleadings and discovery.
