Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Business and Corporate Transactional Partner to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entity formation, governance, and transactional agreements, with M&A experience being advantageous. Individuals or groups with an established portable business are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Advise clients on entity formation and governance.
• Draft and negotiate buy-sell and licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with clients on mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of practice experience.
• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or respected corporation/specialty boutique.
• Proven track record with sophisticated clients and entrepreneurs.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
