The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in products liability, toxic torts, medical device, and medical negligence defense. Duties

• Manage complex discovery processes and conduct depositions for high-stakes litigation matters.
• Conduct superior legal research and draft comprehensive written arguments and motions.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in products liability and medical negligence cases.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and initiative in handling case development and client relations.

Requirements

• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in products liability or medical defense.
• Proven ability to manage discovery and take depositions effectively.
• Experience in a large law firm is preferred but not strictly required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
