Requirements

• 9+ years of transactional experience in engineering, procurement, and construction law.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Membership in the state bar of the office location is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
