• Direct and oversee support staff, including paralegals and case managers, to ensure efficient case progression.



• Commute to the Los Angeles office daily to collaborate with the team and manage active litigation files.

Requirements

• Hold an active California Bar license in good standing.



• Demonstrate at least three years of litigation experience with a proven track record.



• Exhibit a competitive, results-driven mindset with a focus on client success.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.

Skills

• Background in personal injury, medical malpractice, or criminal defense is preferred.



• Strong ability to manage high-value cases without billable hour pressures or case origination requirements.
