Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Profile

Specialized company needs Service Coordinators to schedule installations and handle related documentation. Clients are primarily businesses throughout the North Alabama area.
Temp to hire, $14-15/hr, DOE. 8am-5pm M-F, Madison/Athens area.
Duties Include:
Coordinate project installations
Adjust schedules as needed based on progress/delays
Keep customers informed on progress and any changes in installation needs/dates
Requirements include:
Proven ability to calmly and efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
Very strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills
Experience with scheduling installations strongly preferred
At least 3-5 years administrative experience
Candidates for this position will be background screened and drug tested prior to beginning work.
