The candidate will be maximizing Firm’s competitive position through creation of intellectual property strategies. Will be working with teams across the organization to drive strategies. Prosecuting strategically useful patent applications globally. Providing legal advice and counsel to cross-functional R&D and business teams on a variety of IP related matters; and challenging/defending patents in IPR, opposition, interference and other proceedings. Analyzing third-party patent positions and conducting due diligence in support of business development activities.
