Loan Paralegal Administrator
The candidate will assist lenders with paperwork, documentation, filing and input and answer customer questions to maintain all loans in accordance with Premier Banks Loan Policy. Accountabilities Administrative. Administrative Assistant to the President/Legal Team. Process foreclosure insurance and force placed insurance. Organize loan files according to policy for each loan type. Pull credit reports. Request, update tickler, and file needed paperwork for loan including: Insurance information, Flood Certification, UCCs, Tax information, Title information, Customer financials, HMDA reporting. Book loans onto software. Maintain and check loan accounts on software. Provide payoff information to customers or other organizations. Approve any non-regular loan payments and ensure codes are correct. Assist the lenders administratively as needed. Prepare loan documents for lenders. Manage participations with affiliates and outside banks. Accept and Acknowledge all other duties as assigned. Performance Standards. Review and Comply with all State and Federal Regulations as well as all Premier Banks Policies and Procedures. Responsible for abiding by the recommendation of the Executive Committee. Represent the bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and coworkers. Complete all assigned projects within time prescribed. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained, internal and external. Requirements. Good to strong knowledge and use of Premier Bank Loan Policy. Good to Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Auxiliary Computer Programs. Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate. 2 years experience as a paralegal, commercial lending preferred.
