Responsibilities: Shadow and emulate the Principal Attorneys in every aspect of their role as estate planning, elder law, and probate practitioners in the pursuit of both growing our existing locations and personal clientele. Attending client meetings, designing tax, business and estate plans, completing notes from client meetings, conducting client signing appointments and family meetings, responding to client emails and phone calls, drafting and reviewing documents and working with support staff to accomplish case goals.
