Intake Specialist
The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law. Spanish speaking is required. Will be performing initial intake for incoming leads and clients. Gather facts and documents. Follow up with clients and leads. Clerical tasks such as scanning, saving, filing, and mailing. Collect medical records and bills in preparation for drafting a demand. Gather information from a variety of sources such as GAP coverage, DMV insurance pulls, and request police reports. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.). Type at least 50 words per minute. Should have Proficient writing skills for drafting letters and correspondence. Must be proficient with computers and computer programs such as Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Stamps.com and case management software. Must be bilingual and notary a plus.
