Real Estate Closing Paralegal
The candidate should have 5+ years working as a Title Closer. Must also have experience preparing various contracts, lease agreements, etc. Must have a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing residential and commercial title and survey documents, preparing work product relating to that and negotiating title policies. Must be able to prepare closing package. Recent experience preparing final HUD is essential. Polished professional appearance is expected. A degree or certificate in relevant field is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful. High school or equivalent preferred. Paralegal Certificate preferred.
