Our healthcare agency is in search of a compassionate Caregiver for the Elderly who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for committed individuals who have impeccable communication skills and are able to problem solve on the spot. Our Caregivers have a reputation for being dependable, reliable, cheerful and respectful as they administer care to our senior clients. We are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team as a full time or part time caregiver for seniors.
Assisting an individual with stability and walking.
Light housekeeping, errands or transportation.
Providing companionship
Preparing meals
Providing medication and appointment reminders
Accompanying clients to appointments
Assisting with bathing
Assisting with grooming
Contributing to a positive living environment
Assisting with transfers and activities of daily livings
Reporting hours according to office policy
Reporting any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
Regularly communicating with supervisor and office stafff
We have both part time and full time positions throughout the Ventura County. Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Being dependable, reliable, responsible, honest and trustworthy is a MUST!
Ability to treat clients professionally and respectfully.
Ability to drive and have reliable transportation to and from work
Being ON TIME for EVERY assigned shift and FULLY working assigned hours!
Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
Access to email or text to receive timely communications from the office
ADVANCE communication with office staff for ANY changes to assigned shifts.
Be at least 18 years of age, with a reliable vehicle
Depending on the needs of the clients additional tasks will be assigned.
