Duties

• Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using technology and best practices.
• Integrate and promote legal technology, including generative AI, within the practice group.
• Design and develop AI-powered workflow solutions to enhance practice efficiency.
• Advance the TCG deal data dashboard as a strategic tool for the practice.
• Improve practice content utilization to streamline legal services.
• Educate legal professionals on client-facing solutions and firm resources.
• Develop case studies and innovation materials for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm, focusing on private offerings and venture capital.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications in legal services.
• Experience in designing AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all organizational levels.
• Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

• Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
