Position Description:
We are seeking CNAs in San Francisco, So. San Francisco, and Daly City. You must have a HHA (Home Health Aide certification along with your CNA). If you do not have a HHA certification, we will pay for your course (40 hours) along with the time you attend.
The CNA/HHA position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The CNA/HHA works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
Possess a valid Certified Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA/HHA) or be willing to go through paid training
Have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance. We will pay for Lyft/Uber if residing in San Francisco, So. San Francisco or Daly City if you do not have a vehicle or can't use your own
Cantonese Speaking a plus
Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care
Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and CNA leadership
Eager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education
Work closely with patients on a 1.1 basis but still receive strong support from a patient care team
Able to work independently and on your own on a day-to-day basis
Be CPR certified
