An established national law firm is seeking a mid to senior level associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Litigation Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. This position involves complex business litigation matters. This is a full-time, permanent position in San Francisco, CA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will handle complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts. The attorney will manage all phases of litigation and have the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a dynamic practice group.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts


• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through resolution


• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests


• Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution

Qualifications

• Mid to senior level associate with 4+ years of business litigation experience


• Experience with contract disputes and business torts


• Strong advocacy and trial preparation skills


• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability


• Admitted to practice in California

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $180-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000.
