An established national law firm is seeking a bankruptcy associate with 3-7 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience to join its Insolvency and Financial Law Group in the San Francisco office. This is a full-time, permanent position in San Francisco, CA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Experience with out-of-court workouts is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate with 3-7 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience


• Experience representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters


• Experience with out-of-court workouts valued


• Excellent academic credentials and strong advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in California

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $170-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000.
