The candidate must have extensive litigation experience, trial work, and teaching experience at an ABA law school are highly preferred qualifications. Should preferably have significant experience in teaching the advocacy skills necessary for success in a litigation practice, such as drafting complaints, motions to dismiss, demurrers, and summary judgment motions, making effective use of opening and closing statements, witness examinations, and insuring ethical representation of clients. Must be a licensed attorney in a United States jurisdiction.
