Summary: This position is administrative support and a central liaison for the Materials Department and will play a critical role in the day to day operations of the overall department. Responsibilities: Load Planning of Inbound Delivery Scheduling for Raw Materials and Supplies. Late Load Management. Claims Processing Raw Material Supplies . BOL Receipt Review. Formulations. Filing Boxing for records retention as necessary. Compliance with HACCP SQF SOX USDA FSQA and Safety are integral to this position. Responsible to understand and comply with all appropriate company policies procedures and work rules. Flexibility to work as a team to cover vacations and all other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Education: Associates Degree or Equivalent from a 2 Year College Technical School Preferred. In lieu of a degree Education and Experience will be factored. Special Skills: Team Oriented. Excellent Organizational Skills. Strong Math Proficiency. Computer Skills: Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP PKMS preferred. Flexibility: Must be willing to work Overtime and off shifts if necessary.

This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations will then be reviewed for consideration. If no successful internal candidates are selected, external candidates will be considered.
