Duties: Under the supervision of an attorney, provides legal support such as legal and documentary research; drafting legal documents, correspondence and pleadings; maintaining and updating files; monitoring case schedules and filing deadlines; conducting interviews; summarizing depositions, medical records, and other discovery. Their work will be in support of moderate to complex Liability litigation cases (e.g. case work, research, subpoenas, etc.).
