Family Law Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for managing the domestic cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, filing documents electronically with the courts, preparing and responding to discovery, assisting with trial preparations, maintaining deadlines and calendars, communicating regularly with the clients, both via email and telephone and having a positive attitude to help our clients through difficult times. Must have solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Should have a Bachelor's Degree in paralegal studies or/ a paralegal certificate from ABA approved program, 5 years of family law experience or 3 years as a litigation paralegal is required.
