Part-time Law Clerk
The candidate will be conducting legal research on legal topics for educational programs offered by the firm. Reviewing client files to be used as case studies according to Florida Bar rules. Perform substantive and procedural legal research. Collaborating with Education Consultant in the creation of courses and educational materials. Drafting legal documents as needed. Other miscellaneous legal tasks as assigned. Must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, or a recent graduate of one. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn how to use case management platform. Legal research and writing experience needed. Familiarity with Lexis Advance preferred. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions. Demonstrated experience working under time constraints preferred.
