Law Clerk
Clerk will assist with patentability searches, trademark searches, patent/trademark applications, patent/trademark prosecution, legal research, patent infringement analysis and patent/trademark litigation. Must be currently in law school. Would be a 2L law student eligible for the Patent Bar Exam that is qualified. Background in mechanical engineering and computer science is a plus.
