Litigation Legal Assistant
The candidate will work with a busy team on a variety of civil litigation matters. Should be familiar with various areas of law including to construction defect, professional liability defense matters, business and commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, coverage and premises liability. Must have strong litigation experience including case management, scheduling, calendaring, document production and filings (State and Federal). Must be able to meet strict court deadlines in a fast paced environment and will be experienced in handling confidential internal matters. Must have 3-5 years litigation legal secretarial experience. Excellent organizational skills are required.
