Duties

• Represent clients in court and before agencies.
• Engage and prepare expert witnesses.
• Respond to discovery requests and defend depositions.
• Travel for litigation-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-12 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in Washington State; Oregon license is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal information.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
