Always Best Care East Bay is currently seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs for Day and Night Shifts in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Always Best Care is a licensed, employee-based non-medical home care company providing the highest quality in-home care for seniors. We are committed to delivering extraordinary care to our clients by hiring only the best caregivers. We offer flexible hours and have day and night shifts available.
Caregiver Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assistance with Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Transfers, Ambulating, Toileting, and Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation
Transportation to appointments/errands
Light housekeeping
Companionship
Ability to care for clients with compassion, dignity and respect
Ability to connect with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

We care for clients in Contra Costa County including the San Ramon Valley, Lamorinda, Concord, Antioch, Walnut Creek & Alameda County including Hayward, Oakland, Berkeley, San Pablo and more.
Job Requirements
Qualified caregiver candidates MUST meet the following requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of care giving experience
Registered with the Home Care Services Bureau (we can assist you with this process)
Able to pass a DOJ/FBI criminal background check
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Valid California driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle
