Essential Functions:
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):
Personal Hygiene
Ambulation/Transfers
Dressing/Shaving
Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
May drive client to errands or medical appointments
Performs light housekeeping activities
Medication reminders
Care of bed-bound patient
Incontinence care
Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)
Job Requirements
Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide Qualifications:
Current CPR
Level II Background Screening
CNA or HHA License (training and certification available)
Reliable Vehicle and Driver's License
Car insurance (must be a listed driver)
HIV CEU (not required - training available)
COVID VACCINE NOT REQUIRED, HOWEVER A PLUS
