Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel (6+ years) to join its Trusts and Estates practice in San Francisco. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters.

About the Role

The Senior Associate or Counsel will advise clients on complex estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters. This role offers significant client contact and leadership opportunities within a nationally recognized practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning


• Draft complex wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents


• Oversee trust administration and probate matters


• Mentor junior attorneys

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in trusts and estates law


• LL.M. in Taxation preferred


• Strong drafting and client counseling skills


• Licensed to practice in California
