Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property law with strong expertise in patent preparation and law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property and trademark regulations.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.
