POSITION PROFILE
The Senior Analyst - Cost is primarily responsible for the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements as a part of the East Greenville Site Accounting Team in East Greenville, PA.
The position reports directly to the East Greenville Site, Assistant Controller, Office.
Job
Responsibilities:
Conduct account reconciliations
Coordinate new inventory standards for raw materials
Facilitate monthly cycle counts and provide analysis for variances.
Annual labor and overhead rates in preparation for Standard Cost rolls.
Lead role with auditors for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Analyze weekly and monthly budget variances, along with and preparation of inventory analysis and reporting.
Freight and Warranty Analysis
Cost rolls, labor efficiency reporting
Required Skills
Years of Experience:
3 - 5 Years in a manufacturing cost driven environment
Level of Education:
4 Year Degree in Accounting
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting (manufacturing preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Experience with JD Edwards software and Oracle EBS is a plus
