position is hands-on job with full-service real estate company that specializes in property and asset management, acquisitions, development, adaptive reuse, construction and receivership and REO properties.
Requirements:
Accounting degree preferred plus 3-5 years in the real estate accounting field. CPA, a plus. Must be familiar with Yardi. Salary range $85-$95,000 plus benefits. Tax Manager
position will interact with corporate office in a variety of areas including accounting, tax, legal, insurance (commercial), benefits (retirement plans, medical, dental, etc). Separate department handles property management.
Requirements:
Tax knowledge/experience relating to real estate returns including all forms of entities.
