Duties: Responsible for making outbound calls, and taking inbound calls. Motify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments. All consumers of our clients are in the post-lawsuit, legal stage of collections; preparing files for additional legal action is an important responsibility in this role.
