Legal Collections Specialist (Insurance/Subrogation Collections)
Candidate will be: Responsible for contacting parties responsible for insurance related losses, convincing those parties of their responsibility in the matter, and negotiating settlements with Claims Adjusters, Attorneys, and individuals alike. Must have: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1+ Year of customer service, collections, call center, or legal experience with insurance/subrogation. Excellent speaking, listening and customer service skills. Professional and personable demeanor over the phone. Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research and data entry. Type a minimum of 30 wpm with accuracy. Spanish speaking is a plus. A background in collections, subrogation, or insurance paired with professional communication skills, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
