The candidate must have J.D. degree. Should have an excellent academic record, 5 years of legal experience, and must be licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Experience representing clients before the IRS, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, manage a caseload and build collaborative relationships within law school and larger community is needed. Prior teaching experience and prior experience in running a legal clinic are preferred.
