The candidate should be a partner-level attorney with significant experience in commercial loan workouts and restructurings, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Experience with bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings is required, as well as strong academic credentials. Candidates with portable business are strongly encouraged to apply. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and preferably a portable book of at least $500,000.
