Our company is Plus Vacation Rental. We manage short-term rentals for home owners. [login to view URL] Essentially, we rent-out vacation homes for our property owner clients.
The objective for this project is two fold:
1) Generate a list of appropriate places to post helpful quality information about our company
2) Post helpful information to such BLOGS, Social Media, Discussion Boards, etc. in order to generate goodwill, site visits, and leads.
Essentially, online guerilla marketing to generate searchable backlinks, posts, social media, etc.
Our competitors are Vacasa, Turn-key, Evolve, and other smaller regional vacation rental agencies. Our differentiation is simple - we offer much more intimate customer care. Managing vacation rentals is difficult. There are occasionally issues. We give our property owners premium customer service and maximize their revenue.
We offer a TIPS page which is loaded with an Income Calculator, Marketing Tips, a free 29-page e-Book Vacation Rental Best Practices etc. [login to view URL]
These are great resources that can be appropriately posted to many Blogs, social discussions, etc.
The deliverables for this project are:
1) The list of appropriate places to post including the name and link to the site.
2) A snapshot of the discussion and what helpful information was posted on our behalf.
Compensation for this project is:
$200 engagement
$2 for each post
$75 for each sales lead generated as a result of your postings (we always ask each lead where they found us)
