Reliable and Enthusiastic Operations Assistant
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check out my posting.
I take on lots of different projects and I hit a ceiling on what I can deliver to my clients. I have recently and successfully expanded my operation into an agency and need a new member on the team to help us handle the workload.
Because this is an expansion of myself and my brand, I need this person to be enthusiastic and passionate about helping small businesses and executives get organized. I need an Alfred! I can train on almost anything but need this person to have the right attitude. My success has been a result of positivity, encouragement and a desire to provide the best quality work for my clients.
Here are some of the projects I have lined up that I would like someone to help us with. You do not need to know all of these, this list is a work in progress and will be modified based on the right persons skillset. I am also happy to train.
- Content creation, social media and written
- Formatting, branding and typing SOPs and other internal documents for clients
- Research projects
- Social media and marketing email quality assurance (checking links, making sure the posts meet provided brand standards)
- Amazon listing optimization
- (Super optional but awesome) someone who is enthusiastic about time management, productivity and business tools. The more tools you can speak to, the better.
Rising Talent encouraged to apply but everyone is welcome. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with me and my business. For the time being, I expect hours to be around 20 per week as we ramp up and learn eachothers skills. In true agency fashion, this job will aim to meet your bandwidth with a combination of work from me and external clients. It would be a huge plus for someone to have full-time open daytime availability.
