Real Estate Transactional Associate Opportunity – Multiple Offices

An established national law firm is seeking a 3rd-5th year associate with real estate transactional experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. This role is available in the firm's Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, and Atlanta offices. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Los Angeles, CA.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. The associate will work on a variety of transactional matters and have the opportunity to assume significant responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3rd-5th year associate with real estate transactional experience


• Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions


• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills


• Ability to manage transactions and work collaboratively

Compensation

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$230k per year.
