IP&T Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 3-5 years of patent litigation experience. Should preferable have electrical engineering, computer science or chemical engineering background. Will work directly with partners on patent infringement cases, and the partners on the team are looking for an attorney who will immediately contribute to the practice by assuming responsibilities for: Drafting and responding to motions; Preparing expert reports; Assisting with taking depositions and defending depositions; Conducting legal research; Preparing for and assisting with jury trials. 3-5 years of patent litigation experience is required. Should be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing. Should be patent barred or patent bar eligible.
