Key Responsibilities
Prepare/Review Post Closing Transaction Documents
Dealing with Leases and Lease Approvals, SNDA’s, Waivers, Consents and Payoff documentsReleases/ surrender of document.
Maintain legal files and vault
Monitor UCC filings
Incorporate and dissolve entities
Draft corporate organizational documents (and amendments), resolutions, minutes and bylaws.
Maintain corporate minute books
Maintain Data sheet for each entity
Required Skills
Minimum of 5 years paralegal experience in the U.S. real estate department of a law firm or financial institution
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS or equivalent )
