Our Company provides support to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to live more independently and become integrated into their communities. Our In-Home Caregivers (Support Coaches) provide support that includes, but is not limited to, driving, outings, some personal care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting and other tasks of daily living. The right people will be strong coaches, motivators and teachers. While experience may be helpful, we will train the right people who have the heart and spirit to support our customers.
Caregiver/Support Coach Tasks:
• Community integration
• In-home daily living support as needed (cooking, cleaning, personal care, activities)
• Driving Positions: Transport to/from medical appointments, social gatherings, activities
• Assist with teaching life skills using love and compassion
• Assist with medication management as needed
• Assist with health care and nutrition as needed
• Assist with financial planning / money management as needed
• Assist with tracking activity schedules with customers
• Attend monthly team meetings
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• WE PROVIDE PAID TRAINING

• PAID Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention

Requirements
Undergo & maintain a D.O.J. background check in accordance with local law/regulations
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Driving positions require a clean DMV, reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance and valid vehicle registration
