Senior Contracts Specialist

Duties: Review, final execution, management and administration of Professional Services Contracts (PSC), Short Term Leasing Contracts, Purchasing Contracts, Affiliation Agreements, Computer/Software Contracts, Sale of Service, and Capital Construction contracts. Partner with CSG Staff and its assigned areas of responsibilities to fulfill those department's need for entering into agreements in the best interest of firm and will be qualified to assist assigned area in all of its contracting needs including, performing strategic negotiations, conducting competitive bidding and vendor management. Will be exposed to situation where they will be comfortable in a variety of environments with the ability to manage high-stress situations. Will administer contracts from inception through termination, which includes, providing professional consultation, advice, direction to all levels of firm staff, contractors and third party entities or subcontractors regarding contracting issues and methods which will best meet business objectives. Will be a strategic partner that administers procurements/contracts from inception through termination. Providing professional consultation, advice, and direction and contractor staff, and administrators regarding contracting issues and methods which will best meet legal, risk management and financial requirements and contractor business objectives. Will be train to manage competitive procurement process including, RFPs.
