The candidate will join multi-state defense litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for associates/new attorneys to quickly develop hands-on experience in these areas working closely with senior attorneys in a collaborative environment. Should have a license to practice law in the State of Oregon or Washington. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Strong research, analytical and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work individually as well as in a team environment, Will Manage multiple case files. Dictation. Monitoring multiple deadlines. Legal research. Should have Dictation knowledge and skills, Ideal candidate would possess both Oregon and Washington license, Workers’ Compensation experience in OR and/or WA.
