Workers Compensation Intake Specialist
The candidate will be responsible for taking calls and emails from new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating important facts to the attorneys, and opening new files. Will handles incoming phone calls from new clients. Assists new client with intake paperwork and process. Enters new client and case information into our client management system. Ordering medical records. Other duties as assigned. Should preferably have 1+ year of prior WC/SSDI or PI law firm experience. Must have an eye for detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills. Must have proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, WordPerfect, Case Management Software, Adobe Acrobat. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail is required.
