Duties

• Manage a docket of personal injury cases in active litigation.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop case strategy and manage experts.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
• Collaborate with the pre-litigation team for seamless case transitions.

Requirements

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Experience in courtroom and depositions.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage and drive a docket independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar license.

Skills

• Sharp legal writing and oral advocacy.
• Strong judgment in case management.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
